2. Same as "邠". Ancient city name (English: Bin city). Located in present-day Chen County, Shaanxi. For example:
- 豳州 (Binzhou, a name of a state established during the Western Wei, abolished during the Sui Dynasty, restored as a state during the Tang Dynasty, renamed Binzhou during the Kaiyuan period. This corresponds to the current Bin County in Shaanxi Province);
