糠 (kāng)
1. The shell or husk that falls off from the grains of rice, wheat, millet, etc.
- 米糠 (mǐ kāng): rice bran
- 糟糠 (zāo kāng): low-quality husks
- 糠秕 (kāng bǐ): chaff and broken grains
- 糠醛 (kāng quán): an organic compound used as a raw material for making plastics, synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, and medicines.
