耂:
1. Same as "old." Used as a radical in characters.

7. Cooking too long; overcooked (opposite of "tender"). Example: "I have prepared tender wild chicken for dinner; if you are late, it will be overcooked." (from "Dream of the Red Chamber," chapter 50)
8. Describing a deep color (opposite of "tender"). Example: "The aged emerald fragrance faintly matures under the dust; stir to mix with the clouds of green." (from Tang, Qin Taoyu, "Tea-Picking Song")
