1. Same as "厭" (to dislike or be tired of).
同“厭”。
2. Same as "厭". "Shuowen Jiezi" states: "猒 means to be full. It combines 'sweet' and 'to cover'. Alternatively, it may include 'lv'." In "Guoyu: Zhouyu Zhong": "The inner officials do not exceed nine ranks; the outer officials do not exceed nine grades, sufficient to provide for the deities. How could they dare to indulge their ears, eyes, and intimate desires to disturb the masses?"
同“厭”。《説文•甘部》:“猒,飽也。从甘,从肰。或从吕。”《國語•周語中》:“内官不過九御,外官不過九品,足以供給神祇而已,豈敢猒縱其耳目心腹以亂百度?”
3. Verb: to be full, to be satisfied. Same as "餍". In "Liezhi: Yang Zhu": "Excessively indulging in beauty and richness cannot always provide satisfaction; the sounds and sights cannot always be enjoyed."

4. Verb: to detest, to dislike. In "Han Shu: Volume 99, Biography of Wang Mang (Upper)": "Mang, having interpreted the common people's intentions, also wanted to make unilateral decisions; knowing that the Empress Dowager detested his rule, he therefore sought the advice of the nobles."
