【本义】: 水鸟鹬
1. A bird with tea-brown feathers, long beak, and long legs; it has no webbing between its toes and is often found by the water's edge or in fields catching small fish, insects, and shellfish.
2. Saying: "When the snipe and clam struggle, the fisherman benefits."
【造字法】:形声。从鸟,矞( yù )声。
